Grinding Bench

Camfil´s grinding bench is a workplace system which provides excellent containment of sparks and coarse particles as well as dust and fumes from manual grinding applications. The enclosure of the bench ensures that coarse particles and sparks will not spread into other areas. The integrated backdraft and downdraft exhausts route heavier particles into the integrated collection drawer while lighter particles are carried through the connected duct to a central extraction system.

  • Backdraft and downdraft exhausts
  • Supplied with duct connection
  • Integrated LED lighting
  • Lateral tool shelf with integrated power sockets
  • Easy to access and empty dust drawers
  • Low maintenance requirements
  • Plug & play

Specifications

Application
Camfil´s grinding bench handles coarse particle and sparks as well as dust and fumes generated from manual grinding applications with power tools.
Installation options
Workplace systems like the grinding bench can easily be connected to a central extraction system from where, depending on the type of emissions, the process exhaust air is routed to a dust collector to get cleaned or ducted to the atmosphere where permitted. Therefore the system can be configured with an integrated or separate extraction fan.
Comment
Camfil´s workstations are built to last in industrial environments. Made of heavy duty, welded steel with powder coated surfaces, the systems are easy to install and require low maintenance over the lifetime.
