Dust collectors of the Quad Pulse Package Series are compact extraction systems which handle high concentrations of harmful dusts generated by many processes in the pharmaceutical and chemical industry.
The Quad Pulse Package (QPP) family includes three different models of industry-proven dust collectors. The QPP1 with one filter cartridge can be used for smaller air volumes up to 1,200 m³/h (706 cfm) and is available with an internal fan or external fan supply. The QPP2 can handle larger air volumes of up to 3,000 m³/h (1,765 cfm), including two filter cartridges and an external fan supply.
All three models of dry dust collectors provide a cleanable filter system that allows continuous manufacturing processes and prevents regular, expensive filter replacements. The filter cartridges are divided into four segments which are continually cleaned, one at a time, by the unique Quad Pulse system, ensuring constant air flows during operation.
To protect operators from exposure to harmful substances and to prevent cross-contamination, all three models of the dust collector include a containment system for safe-change of the filter elements as well as the discharge bin. Furthermore, the QPP dust collectors are designed with pressure shock-resistant housing so that no additional expensive safety devices are needed but the units can be installed indoors without any limitations.
