The Dual10 provides a stable and continuous level of particle removal based on mechanical filtration. Compared to similar prefilters in the market, the Dual10 provides some of the lowest energy consumption and the longest service life - up to 12 months. This prefilter is engineered specifically to withstand turbulent airflow which is common in some HVAC systems.
The superior performance of the Dual10 is achieved by the proprietary technology of dual layered media that combines two filtration layers. Firstly, a white layer separates the large particles, and secondly, a green layer captures the fine particles. To ensure full utilization of the media, the radial shape of the pleats increases the dust holding capacity and extends the lifetime. Pleats are supported by a welded steel grid that inhibits corrosion and holds the pleat formation throughout its lifetime.
