Filter Performance Service: CamLab

The CamLab is an on-site filter test that compares the performance of four different filter configurations to determine the optimal solution for your site conditions. The results allow the owner to make the most efficient filter selection, minimising total life cycle cost with the right efficiency and product for the specific site. With all data necessary for an in-depth analysis, the CamLab makes it easier to make the right decision and achieve low operating and maintenance costs and a consistently high efficiency rating. With the online monitoring system, the operator may compare filter performance with engine data and ambient weather statistics on a day to day basis.

  • Determines the optimal filtration solution for your local site conditions
  • Tests four different filters at once under actual operating conditions at your site location
  • The measured parameters are ambient dust concentrations, airflow, pressure drop, filter efficiency, temperature and relative humidity
  • Filters are monitored and analyzed for efficiency and pressure drop 
  • Detailed on site filter testing report showing actual operating conditions, performance evolution over time, comparison of filter combinations, and complete life cycle cost analysis

Installation options
The CamLab is commissioned at your site for a minimum of 3 months, and up to 1 year. The trailer is positioned near your air inlet system, in the direction of airflow.
Rated explosion proof (|Class I, div. II, group C & D) according to the NEC standard 

Airflow 1700 to 7650 m³/h (1000 to 4500 cfm), simulating actual inlet velocity at the site
