Application

The CoaPack filter elements are used to separate oil and coolant mist out of the process exhaust air coming from industrial machining processes.

Comment

The design of the CoaPack filter elements support a homogeneous flow of the droplets through the filter, using the functional principle of diffusion and coalescence for the self-regeneration process of the filter element.
The CoaPack filter is available in two sizes, a small one to fit into decentralized, compact mist separators and a large one for bigger centralized mist separators.
Depending on the range of application, the CoaPack filter cassettes can be configured with different filter media specifically for mist separation of coolant or neat oil. The setup of the filter cassettes also varies, when the filters act as pre-filter and fine-filter in a multi-stage filter unit design.
