Quad Pulse Package DX

ATEX compliant dust collection solution for non-hazardous dusts. A compact, easy-to-install filtration solution that can be freely placed within the plant, reducing the need for extensive ductwork and increasing layout flexibility. Its explosion shock resistance overcomes many shortcomings of conventional explosion protection methods and has been full-scale tested and certified, including with highly reactive aluminum dust. Additionally, its high under-pressure resistance meets the demands of challenging machine extraction applications.

Installation options
As space on the production floor is limited, the dust collectors of the Quad Pulse Package Series convince with their compact and space-saving design. Thanks to the integrated explosion protection no additional equipment is needed so that this plug-and-play units can be installed indoors without any limitations. Various inlet and outlet options (side or back), easy access for all maintenance functions.

- Available with: Three different dust discharge systems for adaption to the process requirements, optional integrated explosion controller and isolation valve for the air inlet.
- Cleaning system: The filter cartridges are divided into four segments which are continuously cleaned, one at a time, by the unique Quad Pulse system, ensuring constant air flows during operation.
- Explosion Protection: ATEX certified & tested for STI light metal dusts, eliminating the need for explosion venting devices or suppression systems on the unit.
- Filters: Three types of filter media available for the main filter cartridge to suit different applications.
