That’s why we’re looking for a Customer Service Manager to provide excellent customerservice and to promote this idea throughout the organisation. The goal is to keep the departmentrunning in an efficient and profitable manner, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention.If you have strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service, we wouldlove to hear from you!


Essential duties and responsibilities on the job


  • Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organicgrowth.
  • Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution.
  • Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission.
  • Develop service procedures, policies and standards.
  • Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions.
  • Analyse statistics and compile accurate reports.
  • Recruit, mentor and develop customer service agents and nurture an environment wherethey can excel through encouragement and empowerment.
  • Control resources and utilise assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets.
  • Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities.
  • Overseeing general office operation/ Managing staff.
  • Assessing staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximumefficiency.
  • Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate otherbusiness operations.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by providing problem-solving resources.


Skills crucial to success in this role


  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Proven working experience as a Customer Service Manager.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques.
  • Proficiency in English, Dutch and French.
  • Working knowledge of ERP software, databases and tools.
  • Ability to think strategically and to lead.
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills.
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.
  • An analytical mind with problem-solving skills.
  • Positive dynamic mindset.
