Opakil HT120 is a compact filter for high temperature air handling units in food and beverage and other process industry applications.
The V-bank filter has a compact design and incorporates a header frame for air handling unit installation. It’s typically used as prefilter or final filter in high temperature food and beverage applications such as milk dryers. The galvanized steel or stainless-steel frame is stable and lightweight and enables a save and easy filter installation. The filter media is pleated into a uniform and stable pleat packs supported by glass fiber thread separators with high temperature resistance. Those pleat packs are assembled into an optimized V-bank configuration to achieve a low air flow resistance and energy consumption.
For sensitive automotive applications, we offer a special version 100% tested to be free of any paint wetting impairment substances such as grease and silicone (PWIS-free).
