About the job:

Camfil is looking for a highly motivated Sales Engineer to join our growing CEE North Sales Team. The purpose of the role is to support the growth of the filter business in South Czechia. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of sales experience and technical product knowledge along with analytical and negotiation abilities.

This is a field-based role which requires extensive travel within South Czechia (60-70% of working time). We provide a company car and all necessary tools to perform the job.

Role priorities:

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and build client’s portfolio in dedicated region
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners
• Preparing customized proposals and presentations to prospective clients
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team to ensure alignment of business goals and customer expectations
• Conduct market research to identify trends and potential areas for growth

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred, ideally if the education is related to environmental services or HVAC
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in business development or sales within the technical industry
• Fluent Czech and communicative English skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to build lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
