Techical Sales Representative

We are currently seeking an experienced techical Sales Representative to grow our marketshare in Eastern Europe and Central Asia based in Kazakhstan. The right candidate expect to also cover mainly Uzbekistan, Ukraine, Georgia and Azerbaijan. The Company’s replacement filter products are typically sold to and used by utilities, powerplants, refineries, offshore platforms, and pipelines.

The ideal candidate is a resilient, self-starter with a proven track record in new business. Strong computer skills are a must to support sales tools required to sell our value proposition. Good organization and time management skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently are all very important.

This is a Business to Business sales position targeting executive level decision makers. Camfil has a philosophy of selling clean air solutions which takes an elevated approach to the sales process described as total cost of operation (TCO). To be successful in our business requires our Sales Team be creative in their verbal & written communication skills.


  • Achieve significant growth on the markets, the right candidate will have KPI´s covering areas of both business development and sales.
  • Supporting Customers over the phone, email and in person in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Ability to interact and sell effectively at all levels.
  • Understand competitive landscape and market pricing in all segments, identify gaps in product and service offering to product management.
  • Identify and develop strong relationships with engineers and relevant key stake holders. Ensure Camfil specifications are adopted as “basis of design” in all cases.
  • Train regional sales team and collaborate with product managers to plan launches, exhibitions within the region.
  • Learning our products with a focus on life cycle cost and sustainability.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related field
  • Several years' experience selling technical product(s) into the engineering section of one or more of the target industries with demonstrated success
  • Knowledge of air movement and ventilation technologies is a plus.
  • Excellent communication in English and Russian, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • The role will require extensive travelling mainly within the region.

Compensation package includes a base salary (commensurate w/experience), commission program, and benefits.
