The Combined CamPulse is a 2-stage gas turbine inlet system consisting of cartridge and static filters. The first pulsing stage is designed for extremely dusty environments. The self-cleaning action during operation allows continuous operation at low stable pressure drop, eliminating the need for frequent replacement of static pre-filters. The cleaning system is activated as a function of the dust load and avoids sudden increases in pressure drop. The final EPA filtration stage is a barrier against the smallest and most corrosive particles which has been proven to significantly reduce or eliminate corrosion and fouling. As well, the water repellent design provides protection under even the highest humidity levels. Our Combined CamPulse CrossFlow & Static 2-Stage Filter Housing has the following benefits:
The test rig has been calibrated according to standards EN 779, ISO 16890 and ASHRAE 52.2 and was developed for air filter testing simulating the harsh climate conditions where gas turbines are often located.
Education and experienceTo answer this question, let's look at the difference between a land based gas turbine and a jet engine.
Energy and Power SystemsFor several years, Hornsgatan has been designated Sweden's dirtiest street when it comes to air pollution. Hornsgatan is an exposed street when it comes to harmful particles in the air. How does this affect residents?
