We are looking for experienced UCV and Validation Engineers - nationwide / working from home within the UK, with the desire to succeed, that show a real passion for delivery, can work well in a team and are able to represent our Brand in a professional manner.

The main duties of the role are: 

  • Completing planned preventative maintenance visits (PPM) schedules & remedial works to UCV systems in operating theatres, AHU systems & other clean air devices;
  • Completing breakdown assistance and fault finding on clean air devices;
  • Completing performance measurements & qualification of cleanroom areas and clean air devices to ISO / EuGMP / FS 209e and any other required standards;
  • Completing annual re-verification testing & re-validation of critical ventilation plant to HTM/HBN Guidance;
  • Completing thorough examination & testing of Local Exhaust Ventilation systems to HSG 258 ACOP;
  • Completing full detailed inspections of ventilation system performance & compliance with reference to initial design & legislative guidance;
  • Completing and issuing comprehensive reports on findings;
  • DOP Testing & DPC testing HEPA- filter installations;
  • Inspecting comfort air filter installations, advising on new solutions for reduction in energy & improved air quality;
  • Prioritising workload to ensure works is completed in a timely, accurate, efficient and safe manner.
